CVF Offroad was launched at SEMA in 2022, but our history starts back a little earlier than that.
CVF Racing was founded in 2009 out of a 2 car garage in New Prague, MN. We have grown to be an industry leader in manufacturing billet aluminum serpentine pulley systems, hood hinges, and other hotrod and show car components. Ditching maps and making paths is what CVF Offroad is all about, and that’s why we are taking your ride off-road from the outside in with our innovative and premium product line.

Our one-of-a-kind Legion Series bumpers are easy-to-install piece designs fabricated from 7 gauge steel, triple powder coated, and require zero welding, and minimum wrenching to install. Legion bumpers feature 6061-T6 aluminum cutout inserts that can be customized to feature a variety of off-road accessories and color finishes.
Our line of LED lights are 100% optically clear with Lexan lenses and feature waterproof 6063 aluminum aviation housings and have a 50,000-hour average lifespan. Off-roading is more enjoyable when you can see what lies ahead, and that’s why our off-road lighting lineup includes many options. Such as lightbars, pod mount LEDs, and flush mount LEDs in flood and spotlight patterns. And both clear and amber lenses.
We offer a wide variety of recovery accessories including CNC hitch receivers, shackles, tow hooks and winches with the best in class strength ratings, and working load limits.
