2023 Spring Convention

Free – $50.00The Minnesota 4-Wheel Drive Association is pleased to open registration for our annual Spring Convention! As always, this is a fundraising event meant to bring the members of the MN4WDA together to enjoy some off-roading. It will be held over the weekend of May 5-7 at Frontenac Farms, a private venue outside of Red Wing, MN. Wheeling will be available from 8am-7:30pm on Saturday and 8am-12pm on Sunday.
On Friday evening, registration will be open from 4-9pm at the barn. At this time, you’ll be able to check in for the event, pick up pre-ordered merchandise, purchase raffle tickets, and enjoy a community bonfire.

New this year, we’ll be hosting a medallion hunt within the park! Details are still developing, so stay tuned for more information!
On Saturday evening, we’ll have a vendor alley with sponsors and MN4WDA business associates leading into the new pole barn. Here, you’ll be able to meet the owners of local offroad businesses that support the MN4WDA and learn about their products and services. We may also have a few special guests with information about our newest projects and our legislative happenings. Instead of a formal sit-down dinner, we’ll be doing things buffet style. Come whenever and stay till whenever! We’ll be having a delicious 3-piece chicken dinner served by Randy’s Catering out of Red Wing. Merchandise and raffle tickets will be available during this time and we will announce the medallion hunt winner.
As always, there will be a variety of fabulous raffle available, which have been proudly donated from our business associate members, MN4WDA clubs, and offroad product manufacturers. In years past, we’ve received door prizes from Iron Rock Offroad, Warn, Ouverson Engineering and Machine, Rough Country, Rugged Ridge, ARB, Bubba Rope, and many more. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout the weekend, and will be for sale up until names are drawn.
Adult tickets will be available for $50 and children’s tickets (age 15 and under) will be available for $15. Primitive camping is available for $50 for the weekend. Parking is first come first serve and we will not be able to reserve spots. Please travel with the people you would like to camp near. There are local accommodations available in Red Wing and Lake City if you do not wish to camp. The MN4WDA will not arrange lodging at these venues.
The MN4WDA officers hope you can join us this year for a wonderful convention at Frontenac. We ask that you please preregister to make our planning easier and to make the event run smoothly. This event is limited to just 200 trucks, so register early, as space is limited. You must purchase one free truck “ticket” during registration so we can monitor the event capacity.

If yourself or your club is bringing items for raffle prizes on the day of the event, they can be given to the individuals volunteering at registration.
